This is a marketing and information website. It describes services we offer: web platforms and systems, mobile applications, AI integration and automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital strategy and design.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Work begins only under a written agreement signed by both of us, with an agreed scope and price.

We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Portfolio pages describe work we have done and are not a promise of the same result for you.

The content of this site, including its text, layout, code, the Vutlhari name and the Vutlhari mark, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read, print and share it for your own use. You may not copy, republish or adapt it commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos and marks shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and are used with their permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies to you.
